App and cloud issues persist

My remote access and Alexa integration are down again. Also one of my lights is behaving wrong, so I opened the app to check my rules and see that half of my rules are missing. I think this is all related to the cloud problems. Please communicate to let us know when this will be fixed.

The latest post from Belkin states issue is resolved yet clearly it is not

It worked for me last night, I’ll check again when I get home. I feel like more people would state they’re having issues still if that were the case.

It seems to be intermittant, so it seems fixed, until it isn't. If you weren't home when the cloud stuttered, you would never know.

I am not home right now, it seems my remote access is working, but the missing rules are still gone.

I am still having the same issue with not seeing my rules as I was several days ago. Not resolved, Belkin.
