Cannot able remote access
With an Apple time capsule
And a Verizon Router
Remote login/ management is enabled
Cant turn on remote access from app

Hi Amybest222. What WEMO device do you own? Is it also a WEMO Switch? Try to install the WEMO app on an iOS/Android device and enable the Remote Access. Here's an article to help you: http://www.belkin.com/us/support-article?articleNum=8218

Have you tried the steps from this page? If that doesn't work, perform a firmware upgrade on your router, set up the WEMO like new and try remote access again. Make sure that your internet connection is stable when doing the test.

Thank You!! I had tried everything else but this bobws56's fix works perfectly. I had to reset several of my devices, but this reenabled Remote Access.
