What's being done long-term to fix/reduce/prevent the cloud outages we saw last month. I'm hoping to add smart switches when the new three-ways come out but if like some assurances that this issue is being addressed. Do you have any non-vague answers/details you can share?
Hi there, DaHawk44. We do understand where you're coming from. Please be informed that we have no control if a cloud outage occurs. Hence, our engineering team will be notified, and they will make sure to have it fixed as soon as possible. Also, the users must be advised when there is a maintenance of the cloud. Thank you.
