The devices in my WeMo app let me change the order in which they appear, but this arrangement does not stay put. Devices reorder themselves at random. I have validated this across several devices, including also uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I have been having the same problem ever since the app update that added Apple Homekit support for Wemo Minis. Oddly, my rules execute an hour late as well.

Every time I see I have app updates I keep hoping there is a fix for the Wemo app, but no luck yet.
