I own 2 WEMO Light Switches and 3 WEMO switches. The 5 devices stopped following the rules subsequent to the last firmware update. I performed a factory reset on each device and entered the rules again to no avail. My rules contain both fixed on/off times and on/off times relative to sunrise and sunset. I even deleted the app from my IOS device and downloaded the app again, which didn't help.
Belkin, what did you do to my devices during the last firmware update?

Have you tried using a different handheld device and check if it's having the same challenge? You may also try these steps:
After that, try to create the rules again and see if it works.

What sort of a technical reply is that!
Rules do not run on the phone - it's a WeMo problem.
The original poster clearly states that he has reinstalled the App and recreated the rules!!!!!
