Frank9 In the Wemo App go to More (if IOS), or three dots/ ellipsis (if Android) then in the Remote Access click Forget and Disable, and re-enable it. Force close and re-open the Wemo App. If the device is still present, email us at WemoCares@belkin.com with your Phone Number, Location, and Link to this community post.

Our 2nd Level Support Team will manually delete it in your App.

I have the same issue.  On my iPhone 6 iOS 11.1, when I open the WeMo application and look at the Remote Access section, it shows three instances for my iPhone and one for my Wife's iPhone.  How do I delete the other two instances for my iPhone?

I tried the Forget and Disable and then re-enabled it and now I have 4 instances of my iPhone.  Very klugie!!!

I have the same issue and when I looks at the Wemo bridge, it seems to indicate the same.

Can you share more details about your issue? If there are other devices showing up on the WeMo app, you may try the following steps:

  • Disable then re-enable Remote Access
  • Force close and relaunch the app again

If the devices are still present, please email us at WEMOCares@Belkin.com with your Phone number, State/Country, along with the MAC address of devices that you wish to remove and a link to this community post. And we'll endorse your case to our Escalation Engineers.

Yup that’s why I emailed and now the person who answered is asking questions like they’ve never seen your own iPhone App or even looked at my screen and steps to replicate the issue. I suspect there’s an orphaned or corrupt bit of data that I can no longer access much like Wemo Bridge does when it loses its primary key to the app and to the bridge.
