I haven't used Wemo in awhile, so I updated Firmware, and my 2 lights still won't allow control from app. They are in app, but shaded gray and are "inactive" per the system. I have turned them off and on, and tried all the recommendations the app has. Any thoughts?
What's the model number of the Wemo device? Please try to reset/restore the Wemo and use a different handheld device and check if the issue still persists.
