Insight Data Export Issues

Greetings,

 

My data exort file for my switch has been acting up...

 

On the 30 minute section, last week it would tell me usage for that particular 30min chunk. This week it is showing me cumulative data...

 

Now it is showing negative energy consumption.

 

All other parts of the export are fine, and the app doesnt show negative consumption...

Any ideas?

That last one is the last pieces of data before it switched to cumulative.

 

Any ideas?

We'll check on this, Chanteuse. Does your WEMO Insight have an updated firmware? Was this working fine before? Also, have you tried resetting the device and observe if the same behavior occurs?

I just updated to the latest firmware. But the reports generated above were all from the same firmware. Was no update between them.

 

And it was working fine before. the normal output I listed in above post was the last working timestamp before it went cumulative, then went negative the on the day at the timestamp shown.

Todays export of data is normal... Hopefully it stays normal and doesnt go back to its old ways of negative and cumulative.

Well, thought it was fixed. Showed up again tonight on its export.

Updated firmware again last week per our phone conversation. Tonight’s export shows same issue.
