My device show up in app only if on same WiFi

I have 4 wemo devices.

3 are at home. One at work. They all worked fine but now I can see the home devices only when I’m at home in the same WiFi and my work device doesn’t show up.

When at work, I see my work device but not the home devices.

What can I do to fix it?

I’ll add that on LTE. I can see all of them.

Unfortunately at present Wemo isn't designed to be used in this way -- it supports a single location only.  Toggling to LTE to control them via Remote Access is going to be the only way you're able to see the devices in both locations.

Hi, Zoti. As mentioned by airmandan, the Wemo App can only accommodate one network per handheld device. You will need to have another device to control Wemo devices from other networks.

In that case then please let us group the devices by location so we can move from one location to another to control them.
