I bought two plugs(F7C071), one is working well, another is not working. I tried anything I can do(refer user guide, reset hw, re-install app, re-boot plug, re-boot app)
can you teach me, what else I can try? Or I would like to send back Amazon...
PS - HW reset, it is flashing amber light forever.
if I reboot plug, it is flashing green light forever.

I am having trouble getting my smart plug F7C071. I have a packet sniffer open on my computer, and I can see that it is correctly transmitting artnet, but only to the broadcast address. i still only see broadcast install app, re-boot plug, re-boot ap. Is there some setting I'm missing somewhere?
