Update

My wemo plug is stuck in updating mode. And cannot access it on app.

What’s the model number of the Wemo plug? When did this issue start? What’s the status of the Wemo plug’s LED indicator?

 

Try power cycling the Wemo plug and your router. After doing so, uninstall/reinstall the Wemo app. Also, make sure that the handheld device and the Wemo plug is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
