WEMO Switch not detected when on different network

Hello. When my iPhone is on the same WiFi network as my WEMO switch, it shows up and can be controlled using the app. However, when my phone is on another Network, such as another WiFi network or cellular network, the Switch is Nit Detected. Remote Access is enabled. All of my other WEMO non-Swotch devices are fine whether in the same or different network. I have tried resetting, reinstalling, etc. Any other ideas? Thank you.

Hi, Emclb. Try to disable and re-enable the remote access from the Wemo App. If the same thing happens, please try to use a different handheld device and check if the switch is still not detected. Also, make sure that you're using the latest Wemo App version and the switch is running on the latest firmware version.
