-Brand and OS of the handheld device used for the Troubleshooting

Thank you for your reply, and I truly hope we can get these switches working. I cannot at this time give you the firmware version, as I am at work, and even when i get home, I MIGHT be able to get it off of the dimmer, but the light switch is doubtful.
