I have two Wemo switches and a single Wemo Insight switch. They seem to work perfectly until there is a power cut or I unplug one of them. Once the power is restored or the switch is plugged back in the switch doesn't respond to the rules that I've set i.e. it won't switch on. I have to re-enter or adjust the rule for it to take effect.
Any idea why this is happening?

That shouldn't be the case. How long has this been going on? Try resetting the devices to their default settings and reconfigure them from scratch (including the rules) Also, are they all running on the current firmware versions?
