Hi, MindyK. To begin with, make sure to update your device to the latest firmware version. May we know the exact error message you're getting when accessing it remotely? On the remote access option, make sure that it's connected to the same network. If the issue persists, try resetting it through the Wemo App. To properly set up the Crock-Pot follow the steps here.
