I have to say, extremely disappointed in this product. I installed one in our bedroom to control the lights. Whenever there's an update, we have to go behind the desk to find the plug and reset it. If there's a power outage, same thing. Update's often never finish. But today I have an entirely new problem. My switch named "the light". Alexa will turn it on, but when I try to turn it off she says "I can't find light". Even though I'm calling the switch the light. This problem started today after an update of the wemo plug.

Any resolve for this issue? Not only did I lose the connection between Echo and the mini plug, but I can’t reconnect them through the Wemo or Amazon app. Very frustrating since this is the second mini plug I’ve purchased; the first one was useless after three months.
