Everything is working again. Remote access has been re-enabled and I was able to set up the plugs and switch in the Alexa and the Google Home apps.

Hi, Timgette. The Cloud is already up and running now. Can you share with us details about what you're experiencing with the WEMO devices? Have you tried powercycling them, then check it on the WEMO App if you're able to access & control them?

Here in the Uk I cannot link my socket outlets to Google Home. When I go thru the verification process i am told there is a network problem. There was no such problem last week.
Not sure if its related but when i check the firmware update tab in the Wemo app it tells me it cannot connect at this time.

Hi @TangoGolf. We recently have an outage with our Wemo Cloud affecting our integration partner. However, we got a word from our Engineering Team that it was already fixed. Can you confirm if you can control them via Wemo App? Try to disable and enable the Remote Access of your Wemo App, and sync your Wemo devices again to Google Home.

I have spent several hours F---king with this thing It works with app on and off but google still isn't recongnizing this device. I have reset and re-enabled . app indicates that google home is the enabled device but it still is not working????
