Belkin Wemo support is diabolical

I've posted my frustration elsewhere but wanted it up front too.

I purchase a Wemo Link and some extra LED lamps to use with it.

It works as long as I use the phone to control them but I also wanted to control them via my Home Automation system (Homeseer) and to which I would do through an Android device I have connected to Homeseer. I thought it great that I could get an Android SDK and write a bridge to control them.

Can I hell and the SDK does not support the LED lamps and I've emailed the support that is listed on the SDK website and received a number of read receipts but no replies. 3 emails so far. That to me is diabolical support.

As far as I am concerned, Belkin support is Crap. The capitalisation is intended.

I've frained form using any expletives on this matter but I can tell you, I am very close.  Smiley Sad

Are you Belkin developer ? Its normal that not all the company would provide their SDK to normal customers except their authorised developer.

I am talking about the local SDK that anyone can get from here.

There is no mention of any need to be an authorised developer and there is an email address to send questons to. I did and got no reply.
