Hello, Home761. Has it always been like that or has it worked fine before? Is the remote access enabled in your Netcam app? For further isolation, try to use a different handheld device and see if you can view the camera from there while your mobile data is on.

 

Feel free to update this thread with more details including the model number of your Netcam so we can get this sorted out.

If anyone has a problem like this all you need to do is go to your phone’s settings and turn cellular data on for the NetCam application
