Hi,
I have one old device that will not fully deregister from my Wemo account. I've read that Wemo support can remove this from their cloud, but not sure what steps are needed to have them do this? Any time that I try to link with Wemo(Google Home, Alexa, etc.) I get this unresponsive wemo device that keeps being recognized, whiich I truly do not have. It is an original Wemo device I purchased, and actually reset then returned to a store. I've since added many Wemo devices, but would like this one old device to be fully removed from my account. Please help.

Please send us an email at WemoCares@belkin.com with these following information:
- Phone Number.
- Location - City/State.
- Community Username.
- Serial Number of the Wemo unit.
- Link to this Community thread.

Ok. I'll send everything along but I will not have the serial number of the unit. I originally owned the unit over a year ago.
