Hi, eTron! We'd like this get sorted. The Wemo Insight Switch should work with the Wemo Bridge regardless of the version number. What steps have you done so aside from the ones you had above? Make sure that the unit is running the latest firmware. Upon connecting to the Home app, make sure that you're under the same network.
