Losing remote connection

I have a wemo light switch set up in a home that is out of state. Everything works perfectly before I leave. A couple of days after getting back home, the connection is grayed out. Three times I have had to travel back to the other home, set everything up again and then the same thing happens a few days later.

What is the current firmware of the Wemo light switch? Are there other devices that lose their connection to the network on that location? If the same issue reoccurs, please try to refresh the Wi-Fi on your mobile device and the Wemo app. You can also check this link for other workarounds if Remote Access is lost on the Wemo device.
