What is the current firmware of the Wemo light switch? Are there other devices that lose their connection to the network on that location? If the same issue reoccurs, please try to refresh the Wi-Fi on your mobile device and the Wemo app. You can also check this link for other workarounds if Remote Access is lost on the Wemo device.
