I recently updated the firmware on two of my Wemo Mini Plug (Switch) devices. One is no longer functioning. I get no LED light and am unable to restore factory settings. I deleted and reinstalled the app since that seemed to help others, and now the device is not listed.

To verify, are you saying that the device is showing as not detected on the Wemo App? If so, can you reboot the device? Also, can you try using another handheld device to isolate the case? By the way, you mentioned that you tried resetting the device to its factory settings. Can you tell us the LED status of the device after trying to reset it?
