Need the Link removed from my account

When I retired my WeMo Link and replaced it with the Osram Gateway, I followed the documented Link reset procedure which is supposed to make it remove itself from my account, but evidently this failed as I almost always get the “This device is not responding” alert when I open the WeMo app and the app then totally freezes trying to find it, making me force close and reopen it, which is super annoying. I will need it removed please.

I'm in a similar situation like you. I simply emailed WEMOCares@belkin.com and they put me in touch with one of their engineer's who's removing everything from their cloud.
