I have reset and setup the camera many times. The cloud light is always blinking on back and i cant ever veiw the feed.
Both the app on IOS and online say that the camera is offline i a cant view the live feed.
However the camera still send all my my motion activated clips to the cloud and i can veiw those just fine.
Anyone with advice is greatly appriciated.

Hi. When did you notice this? What's the model number of the NetCams that you have? Have you tried to power cycle the NetCam devices and the router as a workaround? Did you get any error message?
