Are you still having issues accessing the Netcam through your iPhone and Asus Phone? If you are, try rebooting the cameras and make sure to that the Netcam app on both phones is up to date. Also, please try to log in on the Netcam Website and let us know if you can.

@Lorisap. Have you tried the workaround given by the moderators? If yes, and the issue still occurs, please send us an email at WemoCares@belkin.com so we can have this taken care of by our Escalation Engineers for further diagnosis along with your Phone number, Username, Link to this Community thread, Location, and Model number of the NetCam.
