Wouldn't it be a fine thing to have just some small acknowledgment from Belkin about the problem and the fix?

I have the same issue. I cannot access my netcam thru my iphone 6 and asus phone. Is there a problem on the sofware. Please belkin help us.

Hi, roselron,

 

Are you still having issues accessing the Netcam through your iPhone and Asus Phone? If you are, try rebooting the cameras and make sure to that the Netcam app on both phones is up to date. Also, please try to log in on the Netcam Website and let us know if you can.

@LorisapHave you tried the workaround given by the moderators? If yes, and the issue still occurs, please send us an email at WemoCares@belkin.com so we can have this taken care of by our Escalation Engineers for further diagnosis along with your Phone number, Username, Link to this Community thread, Location, and Model number of the NetCam.
