Push notifications not received abroad (wemo makers)

Hi

I've got several Makers set up that send me notifications that work great when I'm in the UK, but they are not received when I'm abroad in Europe? If this normal?

We'll sort this out, BigTel. Is the remote access enabled on the WEMO App? What handheld device are you using to check? Is it running on the latest OS version? Also, was working fine before?

Hi Jo-Ann,

 

Yes remote access is enabled.

I'm using iPhone 7 on the latest 11.4ios (Also had iPad on holiday and they were not received there either)

I only noticed it when I was away in Jun and July as not been abroad since I install them at the end of last year.

They have always worked really well when in the UK. I can control them from abroad as normal, just don't get the notifications back?

You can try restarting your phone and reboot the WEMO Maker. You can also try uninstalling the App and make sure you've downloaded the latest version. If neither of those will work, reset and reconfigure the WEMO Maker. Please update us of the results.
