I bought several Wemo dimmers and switches. But after installing, I found that in remote access page, there are few unknown connected devices.
I tried to find if there's any way to remove them, but seems it's impossible for me to remove unknown devices.
So, I'd like to request Wemo to provide a method for user to remove devices in remote access. Thank you.

Try to disable and re-enable the Remote Access. If the issue persists, send us an email at WemoCares@belkin.com with your full name, phone number, location, username, and link to this community thread. We'll have to escalate your case to our 2nd Level Support Team to manually remove those unknown devices.
