After a power failure this week the led light in the bathroom with a dimmer switch came on flickering like a strobe light. Had to turn the breaker switch off and on to stop it.

Hi, I'm having problem with the Belkin switch 165. The WEMO app is not detecting the unit. I have tired reinstalling the app, but no result. Does anyone have a solution to this problem.
We'd like to verify if you mean to say the Wemo device is grayed out on the app, saying it's not detected. If so, what's the LED light status of the Wemo switch you have? Is the firmware up-to-date? For further isolation, try to power cycle the Wemo switch; you can move it closer to the router. BTW, make sure that the app version is updated.
