I have a few of these switches in my home that were installed by an electrician. One of them seems to have power. I can access it from the app and I hear the swtich click when I push the button. The lights on the switch are also on. However, it no longer turns the lights on. It is connected to 2 outdoor fixtures with 3 low-wattage LED bulbs in them. It has been this way for a long time with daily use (on a program) and never had a problem. I tried updating the firmware in hopes of kickstarting it, but that hasn't helped either. I've confirmed that the bulbs are good as well.

Could be anything but firmware it will not be. If the relay is clicking, the lights are good, it was working, then either there is a loose wire or the WeMo switch is defective in some odd way.
