WEMO Bridge and Homekit Not showing Devices

Hi There

 

I have purchased a Wemo Bridge and installed as per instructions. The Bridge now appears in the Apple Home App, however no devices are detected...Details of devices and versions as follows:

 

WEMO App v1.19 (480000)

Wemo Link v WeMo_WW_2.00.11054.PVT-OWRT-Link

Hardware.... 3 x Wemo Smart LED Bulbs via Wemo Link

1 x MX100

Hardware v v1

Formware v 83

 

2 x MZ100

Hardware v v1

Formware v 83

 

I can see and control the devices just fine in the Wemo app

The Apple Home app shows the bridge, but no other devices.

I have a similar issue, though I can get my insight and switch detected and usable in the home app, none of my 5 wemo bulbs are being detected nor is my SYLVANIA LIGHTIFY by Osram - Smart Home LED Landscape Lighting Set. So seems like a bulb issue across the board. Multiple resets from scratch have fixed this.

Hi, All. Were you able to follow the setup instruction for Wemo Bridge? Check out this link. Also, we suggest you try these following workarounds.

  • Force close the Wemo and Homekit App
  • Uninstall and re-install the App
  • Power cycle the devices
  • Try a different handheld device.

Let us know if the issue persists.

Hmm I thought the bulbs weren't supported by the bridge. Are you sure you're not wasting his time?

I dot have the bulbs i have to insight switches... Still homekit cannot find them.

Same problem. I have three Wemo Smart Plugs and a Wemo Switch with my Wemo Hub. I have everything showing in the Wemo app and the Hub shows on HomeKit but it’s always greeted out. I cannot add any accessories in HomeKit and I cannot setup scenes. I’ve tried everything that’s been suggested and still no luck. Wife is getting pissed off and would rather use the switch on the lights manually at this point.
