This is happening to me. I switched out the dimmer for a new one 6 weeks back and now it’s happening on the new one. It does not respond to app or physical reset. I have to flip the circuit breakers. I have 40+ Wemo devices in my house and I am very disappointed in the quality.

me too, on two of my wemo dimmer switch, switch the breaker and it working again for a few days

Have you tried the workaround given here by the moderators? If yes, please send us an email at WemoCares@belkin.com along with the details we've asked so we can have our Escalation Engineers assist you further with this matter.
