Changed my password on my existing Arris SBG6580 modem router and was able to reconnect all smart devices in the house except the wemo dimmer switches! Thought they would be the easiest and it's been a 3 day wait for a call from level 2 support.
the dimmers has a slow red pulse and i cannot get it to reset. I flipped the breaker and the switch went to a white light for only a few seconds then back to the slow red pulse!! Very frustrating!!!! Any ideas?? S.O.S
