After the last update, I just notice all my WEMO switches (which are set up and working correctly) are broadcasting their setup network. When I try to connect to them, it quickly tries to connect and then jumps back on to my normal WIFI network, so it is obviously not letting things connect. Is this normal now?

What troubleshooting steps have you done? Try power cycling the Wemo devices by unplugging/replugging or turning off/on the circuit breaker is it's a light switch/dimmer. You may also try doing it on the handheld device.
