So after being contacted by support, I was sent a replacement Wemo and THEN that one didn't work either. I was told I would be contacted by the next level support. While waiting for that call, I tried playing around with my original Wemos. Long story short I was finally able to get all of them to work by turning on the location feature on my phone during setup. Wish support had pointed that out earlier.
