About three weeks ago I attemped to update the firmware on my Wemo Mini Smart Plug. Three weeks went past and when I would go into the app, my plug was still "updating". Obviously there was something wrong, so I decided to reset it to factory settings using the instructions on the back of the plug. After attempting the reset, the plug just blinks white indefinitely. I cannot get it to go into setup mode, it has done nothing but blink white for the past 2 hours. I've tried multiple factory resets as well as re-installing the mobile app but nothing seems to work.
