It is happening between 3-5 times a week recently. All devices are on latest firmware and I have the latest app. When they become unresponsive, the LED indicator is “off”. The only way to get them to work is to unplug them, wait a few seconds and plug them back in. Once they cycle back up, they are able to be operated manually and/or remotely.

Try to reset and reconfigure the Wemo device to further isolate the issue. If that won't work email us at WemoCares@belkin.com so we can have this taken care of by our Escalation Engineers for further diagnosis along with the following details:
