Wemo mini no lights

I bought a two pack of Wemo Mini smart plugs. The one works just as described. The other seems to be dead. Plugged into multiple outlets around house in wifi range. No lights no signal nothing. any ideas?

What's the LED status of the Wemo? Have you encountered any error message? Please try to reboot or reset and reconfigure the Wemo Mini to isolate the issue,

LED is dark. No error mag is available. I tried holding in the button to attempt a factory reset as per the user manual without success.

It looks like the smart plug is already faulty, MeyerlAaron. If it is still within the return period of the place of purchase, we suggest that you ask for a replacement unit from them.
