.... set all my devices to a pre-defigned state.
for example, the "I'm going to bed button" - turn the bedroom lights off on a 30 minute fade, turn the lights outside off, turn the living room dimmer to low.... etc.
I find myself each night going through the routeen of changing the status of the same devices, a one touch button would make the interface so much more friendly.
As much as I'd like to agree with mukeiei insightful observation I feel I cannot ... and it seems Belkin isn't going to respond. What I can say is this is easily done with AutomationManager. In fact if you've got alexa or google home in addition to a button you can say a phrase to trigger a set of automation actions. Say "I'm going to bed" (or touching that button) arms my security system, turns most of my lights off, sets a few to 1%, and sets my bedside lamp to 25% then fades to off over 15 minutes.
The information is useful, but I want to show. The method is considered the best tip.
