It looks like Apple has released more information to developers recently, maybe Belkin will tell us more. Most of my atuomation plans are on hold until I learn more what will happen with Himekit.

Anyone have feedback on this? I am also looking for HomeKit support. Was hoping to see this announced at CES.

If you're technical, you can use the homebridge software to make your wemos available via homekit right now.

I was just researching this, and have discovered the best option is to get a Ltron Cestra, and integrate your WEMO devices Ito it.  (See cnet). The Lutron hub already works well with HomeKit and Siri.

i am about to find out as I continue to struggle to keep my WEMO devices working with the WEMO app.

A year and a half and still no home kit integration support from Belkin. I am disappointed to say the least.

It's a good thing that belkin works with WLAN (and not over Bluetooth) and if it also works with Apples Homekit soon (maybe over an Apple TV 3/4 Routing) it'll be great. And then I will love and buy all the thigs.

I suspect WeMo is having the same issue several other automation companies are having. Apple requires a special chip in the HomeKit enabled device. If Belkin can't get Apple to waive the requirement (unlikely), then a new version of hardware will be needed. Think $$$
