I haven't hd this product for a year and I use this with either Alexa of my Samsung s9.It suddenlly started shutting off automatically. There was an update, I downloaded it and it started, the problem. Can someone please help????

Hi there! Our Product Engineers are already aware and working on the fix of the setback. Meanwhile, try to use an iOS device (iPhone or iPad running the latest iOS version) on updating the unit's firmware with an updated version of the Wemo App for isolation. After updating, reboot the unit the handheld device(s), reconnect using either the Android or iOS device, and observe if setback still recurs.

Thanks for the response to this post. I do not have an Iphone or any of the products so I will wait for the fix. Hopefully it will not take long. Thanks again.
